1.       What is the estimated delivery time ?

Loan Pe Phone generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page or in between maximum 7-15 business day ( more often 3-5 day on average ). Business days exclude public holidays and weekends ( Saturday & Sunday )

2.       What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges varies with each location. Loan Pe Phone incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items or extreme value items. Also the delivery charges if not mentioned on the product page means the product ordered would be delivery free ( without any additional shipping charges)

4.       Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery time line of showing business days.?

It is possible that the courier or delivery partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery which is based on the timelines delivery partners shows. In this case, we add a day to the estimated delivery date. Some courier partners do not work on weekends and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

5.       Why Is the COD option no offered in my location

Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

6.       Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. You will be dispatched the product in which you will get the product & accessories which have been sent by the company.

7.       What is Loan Pe Phone’s fair use policy?

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect convenience fee or Rs 399 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

8.       How can I get my order deliver faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expediate the order delivery. In future, if we are offerings such service and your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

Also for best customer experience, we only prefer and use reputed courier partners to deliver your orders. But in any case in the order delivery time is exceeded or id shipment is taking more than the regular time, definitely the courier partner is facing some serious issues with the delivery and hence Loanpephone.in recommends you to be patient as your ordered product will reach your destination anyhow.
