1. If you want to cancel your item due to late delivery there for an estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by Email / SMS & Whatsup.
2. You will receive a confirmation call/Sms/E-Mail/ /bot >>> /Whatsup bot for Tele calling team/Bot after that we will dispatch/ cancel the item.
3. You can’t cancel the order after open it. If you’ve purchased it on finance you can cancel it at the time of confirmation.
4 . No order will be valid unless the customer sends us a complaint or information on the mail.
5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them And in case you cancel an order after confirmation or delivery initiation a 5% of total order value would be deducted as payment gateway charges and rest of your amount would be refunded in due time of 15-25 days.
