RETURN AND PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE
Returns are really easy and hassle free. If you are not content, you are free to return the product to us along with the tags and complete packing. All you have to do is Contact Us and initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
The return of the product is only valid when a wrong or a damaged product is delivered from our end. And to avoid he long process, or any inevitable fraud that may take place between the shipment and he delivery, we request you to open and check the product in front of the delivery partner. Also, do not accept and return the product if the box is opened and the packaging or the tags are tampered with.
If the reason for return is the delivery of the wrong product, we would request you to inform us on email@example.com within 24 hours when the product is received.
Wherever possible, our Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged, you can return the item through a third-party courier service to the seller’s or our address which will be informed to you. The return fees are borne by the Seller.
The cancellation rules are a little rigid pertaining to the fact that we are digital EMI platform. So, once your loan on a product is approved, you cannot cancel it. The cancellation of loan is valid in case the product is not shipped within 48 hours or the estimated delivery time or the non-availability of the product. If the cancellation is approved, then you can show our approval mail to your respected finance partner and get it cancelled.
